Kefalograviera … Try saying that three times quickly. The big K is a hard table cheese made with either Goat or Sheep’s milk. It was new to me and the stand out ingredient in my rather cluttered plate of food from Fez Café.
Blue Cheese Baby … Park And Vine sits happily on the edge of a Park at Empire Village in City Beach. I’d read that The Standard’s Sous Chef Daniel Campbell had taken over the Kitchen, so I was very interested in this foodie destination.
Gramercy Bar And Kitchen, 10 / 777 Central Park, Hay Street, Perth, Phone 9481 1020.
Squash every week into a Day … If I had the ability, that is exactly what I would do. Gramercy has been on my list for two years. Yes, two years. Thankfully, I was able to cross this item off my list today.
And, You Give Yourself Away … One word describes Typika Artisan Roasters and that’s “Atmosphere”. The space is a reformed warehouse so it’s funky and industrial. The smell of coffee envelops your senses in a very good way. They had me at hello.
Guilty Feet Have Got No Rhythm … Christmas Eve and in need of a coffee we spied Steam Haus. Today was food shopping day and it was a chore that had to be done. So, I felt guilty taking this time out but not too guilty.
Yelo Trigg Beach, 331 West Coast Drive, Trigg, Phone 9447 9441.
Shiny Happy People … This was my first thought on entering Yelo Trigg Beach. Everyone looked happy and a little bit shiny. Possibly something to do with the Sea air or the Sea view. Either way, looking at the food on offer made me pretty happy.
