Speedy service … On reading the Urbanspoon reviews for this Fish and Chip Shop I was jumping in the car and heading out to try the food.

After all the hype I expected the fish and chips to be incredible. They were okay but a little oily. The chips were fine but the fish was a little disappointing as it was soft, not firm. We received a very large serving and this was a lot of food for the price. But the fish and chips from Santorini are not my most favourite in Perth.

The service is great and very fast. It seemed we had barely sat down when we were being called to pick up our food.

The shop itself is open and very clean.

The food is not bad it is good. I guess the hype of the reviews had me expecting something brilliant.

Saying that, we only tried the Fish and Chips. There were loads of other things on Santorini’s menu. Scallops, Mussels, Fish Cakes, Crab Sticks, Onion Rings, Potato Scallops. Then there are things like Dim Sims, Chicken Nuggets and Corn Jacks. Your usual Fish and Chip shop fare.

I guess a return visit to try the scallops and mussels might be on.
