Fresh Provisions Mount Lawley, 77 Walcott Street, Mount Lawley WA 6050, Phone 9227 6309.
Treat City … Fresh Provisions isn’t a very large shop but what they cram into that Store is unbelievable. This is my go to place for a treat and I can always find something that appeals to me.
Monggo Restaurant, 683C Beaufort Street, Mount Lawley WA 6050, Phone 9471 8988.
Ayam Mercon … Don’t know how I’ve missed Monggo Restaurant as I frequent the area quite a bit. But there it was nestled next to the hardware store and Hanami Japanese on Beaufort Street.
New Place Japanese Kitchen, Shop 5 / 755 Beaufort Street, Mount Lawley WA 6050, Phone 9371 7878.
Prawn – Avocado – Egg Sushi Roll … Have been meaning to try this place for a while. It is fairly new and is right next to 2nd Avenue IGA. Their lunch menu is excellent and the pricing is okay. But their food looks great. Decided that I had to have the Prawn, Avocado and Egg Sushi Roll pack.
Nao Japanese Restaurant, 117 Murray Street, Perth WA 6000, Phone 9325 2090.
Vegetable Infused Ramen … Nao Japanese Restaurant is a cute, tiny cafe and very authentic looking. The cafe may be small but the ramen soups are big on flavour and full of fresh ingredients.
The Checkout, IGA Leederville, 313 Vincent Street, Leederville WA 6007, Phone 9444 8431.
Gourmet Treats … The Checkout is a section of IGA in Leederville. It is a place to go for take home meals. Loads of quality meals ready to eat after a few minutes in the microwave. Think fresh Penne with a Tomato and Pesto Sauce with a few Kalamata Olives scattered around.

Little Creatures Brewing, 40 Mews Road, Fremantle WA 6160, Phone 6215 1000.
Lazy Day, Sunday afternoon … Waterside at Little Creatures Brewery in Fremantle. We ventured into the Great Hall to try some food. The sun was shining and we could smell the sea. Hadn’t been to this place for years and was still impressed with the venue.
Market Juicery, Shop 2, 139-141 Oxford Street, Leederville WA 6007, Phone 0458 877 000.
Bagels and Raw Desserts … Reading the reviews for Market Juicery you would assume that juices are the big thing. Well, they are but there is also the food, and there’s a lot to choose from.
