Marshmalloz … These guys are regulars at the Inglewood on Beaufort Markets. This market stall offers hand crafted marshmallows made from whole fruit, natural ingredients and essential edible oils. As a bonus, they are sugar reduced, Gluten, Dairy, and egg white free.

Because they use seasonal produce their flavours change regularly. My favourite is Vanilla Honeycomb.
They have also started selling their hand made Rocky Road. Which makes sense when you think about it because they have ready made marshmallows to go in the mix. Imagine all your favourite rocky road ingredients, chocolate, peanuts, coconut and then wham Chilli Chocolate Marshmallow. Yep, they’re delicious.
They do catering, for weddings primarily, with their three speciality stations. Chocolate Fountain with marshmallows to dip. A Smores Station for winter weddings. And, a hot chocolate station.
They have hot chocolate on sale at their Market Stall as well. And, will include a marshmallow on a stick. So you can twirl and melt, or just eat it outright. This is a delicious way to sample their Marshmalloz.
All this sounds very decadent really. We usually just purchase a small pack of our favourite flavours to take home. They are delicious and moorish.
