Burgers on the Beach … Stumbled across Grill’d Scarborough, didn’t even know Grill’d had a cafe there. Great location, right on the beach, with loads of parking around.
It’s a big cafe with the usual eclectic funky vibe going on. They also have a sliding wall which allows for a private function area or pulled back for just normal seating. Great idea.
The cafe is seriously well laid out. The folding doors that roll back to reveal the beach view are a great touch and they bring the outside inside. You can smell the salt in the air. This is a win win for me, my favourite Burger Bar right on the beach. Yes!!
We were served quickly and the food came promptly. Being a big Grill’d fan we were not disappointed with the food. The Hot Bird Burger had loads of salad, red pepper, cheese and hot spicy sauce. Yum. The best chips in Perth were their usual blissful selves.
Big fan of the Grill’d Franchise. Like the way they decorate their cafes. Like their ethos on the Local Matters side of the business. Giving back to the Community is always a good thing. Like their staff, who somehow produce burgers so quickly you almost get whiplash. Like that you can order a glass of wine if you want to. And, lastly, I like their food.
Grill’d is kind of my go to place when I can’t decided what I want to eat. It’s familiar and the food is good. A bit like going to your Mother’s house for dinner.
Burgers and Beers with a view of the beach? Wow. Can only imagine that Grilld Scarborough will be pumping in summer. Yeah Baby.
