Market stall … I’m well acquainted with the 2 Fat Indians Restaurant in Highgate and am a fan of their food. So we were pleasantly surprised to see a 2 Fat Indians Market Stall in the City recently. The Twilight Hawkers Market holds many surprises.

When we first came across 2 Fat Indians Market Stall they were offering a serving of their Butter Chicken and Jasmine Rice for $12.00. Remarkable value and created with zing by their chef. Love their food. More Restaurants should be doing this. Showcasing their food at a large Market would be excellent PR for the business.

They’re one of the few stalls offering take home containers. It’s great to take home something from the Markets if you’ve tried too many things and don’t have room for anything else. Or, you just have to try something from that final stall.

Something new this season at the Twilight Hawkers Market is their Chicken Tikka Sliders. Succulent Chicken cooked in their special Tikka sauce, put into a soft bun together with fresh greens. At $6.00 each or two for $10.00 these were sensational value. I’ve been going back to try them every so often, they’re that good.
