Annie’s Woodfired Pizza, Location Varies, Phone 0423 240 191.
Stop me if you think you’ve heard this one before … Annie’s Woodfired Pizza has been around for 2 years or so. Who knew? They are a Market Stall with a travelling Oven. And, they happened to be at the Crimea Canteen the other night, so we took the opportunity to sample some pie.
To be honest, I was kind of shocked that we hadn’t come across this Market Stall before. Like to keep up to date with my Street Food Vendors.
Annie’s pizzas are midway between thick and thin. The menu indicated that the pizzas went heavy on the toppings. And, prices ranged from $16.00 through to $18.00. Unless you’re like me and ordered extra Anchovies for $2.00.
We also ordered Garlic Bread, which was pretty special at $5.00.
It was a freezing cold night and the Pizza Oven kept us warm while we chatted to Annie.
Thought the Pizza Sauce was pretty good actually, although the crust was probably a bit too thick for me. The anchovies were delicious.
Annie’s Woodfired Pizza are regulars at the Inglewood on Beaufort Markets. And, Bardon Park near the Maylands Yacht Club.
Make sure you bring your appetite as these are hearty pizzas.
AWFP Trailer is mainly at Bardon Park in Maylands near the Maylands Yacht club on the Swan River
Thanks Ian, for letting me know.
