Urban Oasis … What can I say Babylon Café is gorgeous. Sure it’s trashy chic with it’s rusted EVOO cans and kegs but it feels just like home to me.
Was out to lunch with Michelle and we stopped by Babylon for a coffee afterwards.
Such great atmosphere and eclectics, well thought out and put together. Yep.
Rustic gates, a plethora of colourful umbrellas, little bricked garden beds and assorted plants. Yep.
So, the coffee. Michelle opted for an iced coffee and it was enormous. She was very impressed with the strong taste and the presentation.
My cappuccino was pretty awesome as well. Loads of crema in the froth, a rich deep taste and possibly my new favourite java.
Our visit was the highlight of my coffee month.
