Cup And Co Pizza And Co, 24 Muriel Avenue, Innaloo, Phone 9204 3046.
Double Trouble … To use Elvis’ words I find myself with a similar dilemma. Why? Because two new venues have opened up in Innaloo, Cup & Co, which offers Brunch and Pizza & Co which offers, yep you guessed it, Pizza.
So, not to appear prejudiced I went along to both places to try the food.
Cup & Co
Love the location which is in a leafy suburban street so there is a lot of greenery and established trees. This side of the business focuses on Coffee and Brunch.
One menu item had me at hello and that was the black bean & rice, avocado, poached egg, chipotle Tabasco and sour cream quenelle.
This was a simple but great plate of food and those black beans had a swag of coriander and red peppers. Oh, and the egg was perfectly cooked. So fresh and appealing and decidedly Yum.
Also appreciated the Toby Estate Coffee because it was very strong with no trace of bitterness at all and the Crema was excellent.

Pizza & Co
On the same leafy street this small pizza place hides a secret and I’ll use their words to explain. “Paolo, our head chef, came to Australia four years ago from Perugia, Italy. He brought 15 years of experience and his signature dough recipe with him. (Grazie a Dio!)“
My take is that their crust is exceptional as it’s super thin but not too crunchy. And if you add that the mozzarella was so creamy and the tomato sauce was pretty special as well then Yum.
So, Cup & Co for breakfast and coffee, then next door for dinner and BYO wine. A killer combination and not much trouble at all.
