Everything Changes … Davvero in Floreat has changed ownership. I stumbled across this information when I finally made it to the Restaurant for lunch this week. My To-Do / Wish list is long.
The first thing I noticed was that the lunch prices were super value for money. The new owners have decided that is their way forward with this delightful venue.
The space spills out into an Al Fresco area but inside it is light, and bright with eclectic seating and sophisticated touches here and there.
There will be further changes over time as the new owners adjust things to suit themselves.
But, I digress, back to the food. I ordered a plate of spaghetti with Fruitti di Mare (Seafood) with a Napoletana Sauce.
The spaghetti was thick and very al dente, loved the chew and that it had been twirled onto the plate. The Seafood was abundant with prawns, squid, mussels and vongole. The dish had lots of fresh herbs all the way through and what I think was Parmigiana in the sauce itself. Pretty sure.
So, it doesn’t really matter as it was a delicious meal and at a cost of $19.50, good value for money.
Can’t wait to see what they do with the place as they progress forward.
