A Knights Tale … Bombay Knights that is. We kicked off Food Truck Friday at Crimea Canteen with a meal from Bombay Knights Street Food. Their business ethos is to offer honest, fresh, gluten free meals at reasonable prices. And, there is always a twist or two.

Oh What A Beautiful Morning … Who knew that Crimea Canteen was open for breakfast. I was browsing Facebook posts, as you do, and came across Green On The Go. What was interesting was their hours were listed as 7.00am til noon so I decided to pay them a visit.
We Are Family … Bahn Mizzle sell authentic Vietnamese Street Food. On the menu are Banh Mi, Pho, Noodle Salad and Spring Rolls. They make everything fresh and only use locally sourced and seasonal produce.
What The Flip! Mobile Creperie, Location Varies, Phone 0407 021 485.
Flipping Awesome … We were at the Crimea Canteen and Xena disappeared for a while. She came back with a Crepe in a familiar signature Blue cone. Her secret mission had been to purchase a What The Flip! Crepe. A great idea as we often visit Crimea Canteen and hardly ever have room for dessert.
Tikka Tango Indianish Street Food, Location Varies.
Indian Nachos … No, it’s true, they’re a thing now. Say hello to Tikka Tango Indianish Street Food vendor. We ate some of their Chick and Chips last night. Shoestring fries doused with Butter Chicken Curry and melted cheese. It sounds good huh? We thought so too.
Stop me if you think you’ve heard this one before … Annie’s Woodfired Pizza has been around for 2 years or so. Who knew? They are a Market Stall with a travelling Oven. And, they happened to be at the Crimea Canteen the other night, so we took the opportunity to sample some pie.
Divine Flute, Ballajura WA 6066, Phone 0430 490 250.
Divine Street Food … Divine Flute is a new, to us, Street Food vendor which we stumbled across at Crimea Canteen last night. They offer, in their words, Indianized Veggie Treats. There were things on the menu I’d kind of vaguely heard of but immediately decided we just had to try. Dosa and Vada stood out, so we ordered a dish that had both.
