Plum Flower Rolls … Aisuru Sushi Northbridge is housed in a grand old building on William Street. They have renovated the inside to perfection. With a large bar where the Chefs can be seen making the sushi.
Inside there is seating at the Bar as well as tables and chairs. The wooden floors have been buffed and polished and are a stand out feature of the décor. The café is also split level and now they offer an outdoor area on the footpath.
The other thing that is obvious on any visit to Aisuru Sushi is that it is always busy. It’s a bustling café with the Chefs somehow always managing to keep up with the flow of customers.
When food is put in front of me that is beautifully presented I get very excited. Aisuru Sushi are masters at presentation. Just take a look through the photos of beautiful food on their Facebook. Oh and, bonus, the food tastes as good as it looks.
So, tried the plum flower rolls with chicken teriyaki and avocado. Wrapped in both Nori and Egg wrap and dotted with Plum Sauce. Bliss. The food is a little pricey but add that the atmosphere and service are both pretty good then it’s Win Win.
The building Aisuru Sushi is in, is Heritage Listed as part of the William Street East Precinct. 178-182 William Street, Northbridge. I was so pleased to find this out, it is a beautiful part of the City.
