Paddock And Farm, 1008 Beaufort Street, Bedford.
Butcher, Baker, Bistro … Paddock and Farm have recently moved to Bedford from Innaloo. Their primary business is a Butchery but with a great twist they have combined it with a Café / Bistro.
The interior is very modern and appealing with its black and white tiles, little flourishes of colour here and there and space, there is lots of space.
It’s a comfortable place as well with a large table with shared seating and lots of newspapers plus banquette seating along one wall.
The Butcher section has a very large display case featuring prepared meals to take home and cook. The emphasis is definitely on Free Range and Organic produce. Plus they have loads of Paleo and GAP diet friendly sausages and sugar free processed meats. Must say that the quality of the produce is evident.
On the Menu front Paddock and Farm are still finding their feet. At the moment there are only a few offerings which change daily as they sort things out.
I ordered a truly fabulous looking Blueberry Scroll and a cappuccino. The scroll didn’t last long because of its deliciousness and the java was nice and strong.
The scroll was a bit decadent for breakfast but everything in moderation is my motto.
So, Paddock and Farm’s Chicken and Leek Pie caught my eye and I purchased one to take home.
The Chicken and Leek Pie was crammed with fresh vegetables and loads of Free Range Chicken. Yum.
It was a very pleasant visit.
Thank you for your words.
We have a chef at last and have commenced a breakfast, brunch and Lunch service!
From the team at Paddock + Farm.
