I Have To Praise You Like I Should … What gives a place it’s vibe? That is the question I asked myself on entering Someday Coffee Co. Because it has a great vibe and Fatboy Slim’s lyrics immediately sprang to mind.
All I know is there were plates of delicious looking food being handed out around us. The open windows made for a very summery atmosphere and the coffee aromas blended in there somewhere. This vibe is not something that every venue has so kudos from the outset.
A lot of the baked goods for sale are from Mary Street Bakery. Also noticed that one of my favourite froyos Pash Pops are for sale, a very good sign.
Xena opted for Berry Pancakes served with Greek Yoghurt and drizzled with what I presumed was berry jus. This plate of food presented very well and the pancakes were delicious. A nice touch adding the Greek Yoghurt as it levelled out the sweetness.
For me it was the Breakfast Burger, minus the bacon, which boasted three eggs fried into a circle and doubled over inside the MSB roll.
Garnished with greens and a really fab chilli jam. Simple fare but excellent quality produce and flavours.
My Breakfast Burger was also really large and Xena had to help me finish it.

So, Someday Coffee Co produce perfectly engineered coffees that are not too hot but very strong and perfect really.
