Middle Class Indecision … For some reason coffee and cake hold a huge attraction for me these days. Not to distract from the savoury but Perth is like a huge bowl full of delicious cakes and other sweeties.
Which is why when I ventured back to tbsp. I was incapable of ordering a savoury meal. And, settled instead for, possibly the best chocolate brownie I’ve ever had. It was a chocoholics daydream come true and was daintily laced surreptitiously with salted caramel. Which gave a big flavour boost.
Can’t forget the long Macchiato, which came with fabulous foam art and a surprising depth of flavour and not a trace of bitterness to be found.
So, waxing lyrical about desserts did not distract me from knowing that next time I front up to tbsp. the Falafel Bowl, will be my first choice. It does sound super delicious and healthily amazing.
Oh, and potentially the ramen will be choice number two on the cards at some point in the near future.
