Pop Up Bar … Took a lovely break from the crowds at the Food Truck Rumble. And sat quietly sipping a Lychee Mojito in the Popup Bar. They were playing music and the actual cocktail making was a little bit of a show in itself.

Crepes & crowds … Was great to catch up with What The Flip at the 2015 Food Truck Rumble. We went early to try to avoid the crowd and did for a short while. But the crowds, when they came, where like a deluge. Filling up queues faster than a thunder storm fills up a bucket.

Dessert Garden … Tried a Salted Caramel Lamington from Eat No Evil at the Dessert Garden, early in 2015. This was part of the final night of the Twilight Hawkers Market in the City.

Marshmalloz … These guys are regulars at the Inglewood on Beaufort Markets. This market stall offers hand crafted marshmallows made from whole fruit, natural ingredients and essential edible oils. As a bonus, they are sugar reduced, Gluten, Dairy, and egg white free.
