Pear and parmesan Burger … Tried Flipside Burger Bar’s Chicken, Pear and Parmesan Burger. The food was fresh and healthy but the flavour combo just didn’t get there for me. Odd, because I’ve had Pear and Parmesan salad before but this one lacked flavour. There was hardly any dressing and the grilled chicken and salad were pretty ordinary. Which is a shame because the ingredients were quality and the burger well cooked.

Brilliant burgers … The staff are very friendly and efficient at Grill’d Leederville. The decor is funky and fun. The cafe is over two levels inside and there is pavement dining as well. Quite a large outside area, as they’re in a corner location. It’s a well decorated cafe, as all Grill’d cafes seem to be. And, their funky, industrial chic is ever present in Leederville.

Burgers … Hey Pesto Food Truck were amongst the first to arrive on the Perth Street Food scene. Their Truck opens at the back and becomes a large grill. Where all the cooking is done. They’re famous for their Burgers. And, one of the few to do a vegetarian burger.
