Serious Ramen Business … Ramen Lab recently opened on Beaufort Street. It is one of a limited number of places in Perth that make their own noodles in house. Xena and I zoomed off to test the waters.

Roving Noodles … Was very happy to see Noodle Forum in their new Market Stall at the Inglewood on Beaufort Night Markets. Noodle Forum has been on my favourite list for quite a while. It’s the hand made noodles that win me over, every time. Oh, and, Chef Wong’s luscious Laksa.

No Frills, Simple Home Cooked Fare … Was pointed at this little Tea House on Beaufort Street and pushed in their direction. A friend said if you want tasty Japanese at a good price then try Tan Po Po. So I did.

Something New … Leaving the Cinema after watching Mockingjay 2 (awesome btw) we decided to hit the Food Hall. There were only a few places open because it was late. Then we noticed a vendor we hadn’t seen before, Arirang Korean Cuisine.

Food Food Food … Lucky Chans Laundry Noodlebar has been a draw for me since I first heard about their crowd funding venture back in early 2014. Loved the idea of their plans and was a big fan of their other venture, The Classroom Bar. We pledged our money for their crowd-funding and couldn’t wait to see what they had achieved.

Vegetable Infused Ramen … Nao Japanese Restaurant is a cute, tiny cafe and very authentic looking. The cafe may be small but the ramen soups are big on flavour and full of fresh ingredients.

Yo Mama … What I love about having my own blog is that I no longer have to obey the rules. Well, Urbanspoon or the big Z’s rules that is. Which is why I am putting up a review of Wagamama. A restaurant that is now closed. It was a favourite of ours. We ate there just about weekly. Couldn’t get enough of our favourite dishes.
