So, being French, it’s all about the quality of the food. They have three items on the menu. Crepes, Macarons and Caneles.
Caneles were new to me but turned out to be delicious little cakes, a bit like a Rum Baba which originate from Bordeaux.
Miam Miam’s macarons are house made, chewy and have creamy centres. Just like they should.
Their crepes are the big seller. Miam Miam have both savoury and sweet crepes on the menu. Think ham, cheese and egg or nutella and strawberries.
Being regulars at the Victoria Park Farmer’s Market they have rather a cult following. It’s a small market with a grassed area. There are tables and chairs set up in the middle of the grass. It’s also dog friendly.
Love the fact that they have two big glass containers filled with lollies. Which they sell to the children (and some adults, no names mentioned). They have small queues of little children waiting to buy their 5 pieces for $1.00 (pretty sure). A nice touch.
