CocoWhip Parfait @ The Little Shop Of Plenty, 217 Railway Parade, Maylands.
Raw Food, Good Mood … Yesterday I dropped into The Little Shop of Plenty. I needed a healthy breakfast so I couldn’t think of a better place to find one.
Plenty offers a variety of Raw Food and the Coco Parfait Whip sounded just like me. Raw Granola, CocoWhip and a variety of fruit. Some of which I had trouble identifying but were they delicious? Yes, they were.
My meal came in at a total cost of $14.00 and I felt that the money was justified because everything was so fresh and yes, plentiful.
Did a little research and was surprised at the effect junk food has on your system. It can slow you down and make you moody, so I was happy to eat this slow food.
That granola was pretty special and I probably couldn’t name a lot of the ingredients because I hadn’t come across them before. But the crunchy bliss it added to the bowl was fabulous and this bowl of food is something I will come back to eat again. And, again.
