Oh Me, Oh Me, Oh My … Skipped into Trio Café & Bar this morning looking for breakfast. It was my lucky day as a large platter of freshly made Focaccia was sitting on the Bar, just waiting for me.
So tempting looking and all crispy and crunchy with a little nest of olives and cherry tomatoes adorning the top of the bread. And, made to order, always a good thing.
What can I say but bellissimo and I knew it was going to be great just looking at the food.
But first I was introduced to a Long Macchiato, topped up and it was absolutely delicious, hot and strong and frothy, nothing more needed there. Perfect java.
Love it when there are tempting indulgences sitting on the counter and this was a particular luxury item that I couldn’t say no to.
So, I’ve had the pleasure now to eat share plates of Italian Street Food and various brunch items. And, all I can say is that the food is worth revisiting, again and again. And, that cup of Joe was worth a return visit just on its own.

So, scrumptious focaccia filled with house made pesto, tomatoes and mozzarella, nothing else is needed.
