Down on the Corner … Out in the Street. Pinchos has expanded into the building next door and the venue now has a presence on Oxford Street. Some of that has to do with the large Pan of Paella cooking on the pavement. But mostly it’s because the space is now right on the Corner.

Born to be Alive … In the CBD to investigate Shafto Lane and the variety of eateries there which we have virtually ignored to date. Alive and bustling the Lane certainly comes to life at night. Stumbled across a sign offering a special deal and in we went.

Crowded House … Situated right on Mullaloo Beach, is the Mullaloo Hotel, home to the Oceanside Bar. My first visit to the bar went very well. We watched the sun go lazily down over the ocean from the deck. And, then the music started, turning the atmosphere on it’s head but in a good way.
