Celebrate To Elevate … I was being tempted at every given opportunity by The Little Matcha Girl staff. It seems they stepped up their social media and those images enticed me into a visit.
So, the image that stuck with me was the dark chocolate and Hojicha custard filling inside the Choux bun. Best of all was the hidden caramelised hazelnuts which added great texture and a decisive crunch to the mix. Enjoyed every mouthful of this delicious dessert, or coffee and cake as it turned out.
The cappuccino was strong, smooth, not too hot and with a great after taste. A perfect companion to the pastry puffs.
We first visited the Little Matcha Girl café in January 2016 and just about every other weekend I was wanting a return visit. Finally, after months of wishing I made it back to the café and was blown away by the custard buns.
So, I definitely had a pleasant visit and one that will be repeated a little more often.
